TEVEZ FUTURE UNSURE

Carlos Tevez’s future at Manchester City is looking increasingly unsure, with the latest rumours from the Etihad suggesting that the diminutive Argentinean striker will be playing for someone else in the summer – possibly in the Premier League!

Tevez has a history with the Premier League, with him making his debut for West Ham way back in 2006. A glorious season followed for him, with goals galore, but that wasn’t enough to keep the Hammers up.

He promptly moved to United, who bought out all the dodgy third-party owners who had previously profitted from Tevez’s career, only for him to move on after the club won the Champions League in Moscow – moving to theri deadliest rivals Manchester City.

Whilst he has struggled to get game time at City because of the brilliance of the likes of Sergio Aguero, David Silva and Edin Dzeko, he has managed to out-last Mario Balotelli, and could be a regular starter next season if he stayed.

The problem lies with the fact that he only has one season left on his contract, and a new manager has yet to be appointed – whether the striker will fit into the new bosses plans remains to be seen. Manuel Pellegrini is the man rumoured to be taking over, but nothing has been signed yet, and the close season is slowly moving on.

The top betting websites have him at evens to be at the club come September, but its really anyone’s guess.
