TEVEZ TOPS THE CHARTS

Carlos Tevez is one of the top goal-scorers for Juventus and ever since he joined the Italian club, he has been enjoying a fairly successful time since making his move to the Serie A. Ac.Milan even tried to sign him but it was Juventus, the club that acted faster and managed to sign him, which shows just how valued Tevez is.

Even with all the recent impressive performances that Tevez has displayed with Juventus not only in the past few weeks but in the entire season, it will not be enough for him to get a chance to represent Argentina for the upcoming World Cup.

There are a few reasons on why exactly Tevez is still not being taken into consideration for his national country and one of those is because of the disappointing performances Tevez made with Argentina during the 2011 Copa America as he missed a crucial penalty kick during the shootout at the quarterfinals that ultimately led to Argentina losing to Uruguay.

But there is another bigger reason on why Tevez is highly unlikely to play with Argentina on the 2014 World Cup and its due to the fact that his relationship with Lionel Messi is not a good one and considering that Messi takes priority of just about everyone else in the Argentinean squad, Alejandro Sabella simply prefers to avoid any unnecessary squad problems by keeping Tevez away from the team.

‘’ It’s a decision of Sabella, I don’t know if it’s a political reason or what it is but it solely depends on him’’.Tevez replied when he was asked if he would appear for the 2014 World Cup.

Gonzalo Higuain, Rodrigo Palacio and Ezequiel Lavezzi all were featured for Argentina’s friendly match against Romania but neither of them have managed to score or make the same kind of impact that Tevez has made since arriving to Juventus but he still is unable on securing a place with Argentina.
